UniLaSalle: the applicant's brief

6 findings
  1. The short answer

UniLaSalle is a French higher education institution that awards engineering degrees and offers integrated degree programmes. It suits applicants who want a science- and engineering-focused option in agriculture, food, health, environmental studies, or geology.

  2. What you can study

You can study engineering degrees in agriculture, the food industry, food and health, environmental studies, and geology. The institution also offers three- or five-year degree programmes, plus continuing education and short programmes in the same fields.

  3. Getting in

International applicants should check the official website for the entry route, required qualifications, deadlines, and any programme-specific conditions. UniLaSalle is one of the French engineering schools authorised to award engineering degrees, so the exact admission route may depend on the programme chosen.

  4. What it costs

The university does not publish a tuition fee for international students; confirm the current rate with its admissions office. Living costs will depend on the campus city and your housing choice, so budget separately for accommodation, transport, food, and day-to-day expenses.

  5. Coming from abroad

The instruction language is not published, so confirm it before applying. Also check whether your chosen programme is based in Beauvais or Rouen, what documents are needed for international admission, and whether you need to prepare for any language or academic entry requirements on the official site.

  6. How it compares

Among the 298 universities in France, UniLaSalle stands out as a specialist institution rather than a broad multi-subject university. Its main appeal is the focused engineering offer across agriculture, food, health, environmental studies, and geology, backed by integrated degree programmes on two campuses.
