Germany has 326 universities, so this institution sits in a very crowded national higher-education system. Compared with many larger universities, its most distinctive feature is the narrow catalogue: 17 programmes and Diploma-level study only, which makes it a better fit for applicants looking for a focused offer rather than a wide range of degrees.
