International University of Business Agr: the applicant's brief

6 findings
  1. The short answer

International University of Business Agriculture and Technology is a public university in Bangladesh that suits applicants who want to study at an institution with an established private-university background and international recognition through Commonwealth membership. It may appeal to students looking for a university with a broad name and a stated connection to business, agriculture, and technology, while checking current programme details directly.

  2. What you can study

The programme catalogue is still being compiled. The university’s name indicates study areas in business, agriculture, and technology, but the specific degree programmes available are not listed here, so check the official website for the current subject and programme options.

  3. Getting in

International applicants should apply through the university’s official admissions process and verify entry requirements, required documents, and deadlines on the official website. The university’s website should also be checked for any programme-specific conditions and whether documents need to be submitted in a particular format.

  4. What it costs

The university does not publish a tuition fee range for international students; confirm the current fee with its admissions office. Living costs in Bangladesh will depend on accommodation, food, transport, and personal spending, so budget separately for those items.

  5. Coming from abroad

The language of instruction is not published, so confirm that before applying. Also check visa steps, document requirements, tuition payment methods, accommodation options, and whether your chosen programme has any additional admission conditions.

  6. How it compares

Among Bangladesh’s 83 universities, this one stands out mainly for its stated identity as the first private university established in the country and for its full membership in the Association of Commonwealth Universities. For an international applicant, that makes it a useful option to compare against other Bangladeshi universities if you want an institution with a long private-sector history and cross-border degree recognition.

Written from this university's catalogue entry and its cited encyclopedia summary. Figures are only shown where the institution or a cited source publishes them — always confirm fees and entry requirements with the university itself before applying.
