Toyohashi University of Technology is a public university in Japan with a focus on engineering. It suits applicants who want a Japanese university with bachelor’s-level study and are interested in a transfer-heavy student body.
The university offers bachelor’s degree study, and one example programme listed is 看護学科. The programme catalogue available to international applicants should be checked on the official website, especially because only one programme title is shown here.
International applicants should check the university’s official admissions pages for entry requirements, required documents, deadlines, and whether their chosen programme is open to them. The university does not publish further application details in the information available here, so confirm the current process and any country-specific requirements directly with admissions.
The university does not publish a tuition fee range for international students; confirm the current rate with its admissions office. Living costs in Toyohashi will still depend on housing, transport, food, and personal spending, so budget separately for those.
The university’s language of instruction is not stated, so confirm this before applying. Also check whether your programme accepts international students, what documents are required, how credentials are assessed, and whether you need to arrange housing and visa steps before arrival.
Japan has 571 universities, and Toyohashi University of Technology stands out as one of only two Universities of Technology in the country. That makes it more specialized than a broad comprehensive university, especially for applicants looking for engineering-focused study and a path that commonly leads on to graduate school.
